Bennett and Game are currently representing an award-winning architectural practice based in Birmingham, who are seeking an ambitious Architectural Technologist to join their ever-growing team. Specialists within a variety of sectors, our client work on a both of New Builds and refurbishments within the Transportation, Education, Community, Workplace and Residential sectors.

Since establishing, our client has developed a tight-knit team of around 30 employees, consisting of a variety of technical and design-focused professionals. Joining a bespoke architectural practise, the successful Architectural Technologist will be given the opportunity to take ownership of a project, assisting with all aspects of a project. Architectural Technologist Salary & Benefits

Competitive salary, ranging from 28,000 - 45,000 (Dependant on Experience)

Architectural Technologist Position Overview

Representative the practice externally through client and consultant liaison
Mentor for less experienced staff members
Use AutoCAD and Revit on a daily basis
Working across RIBA Stages 1-6
Work on a range of developments within the Residential, Educational and Commercial sectors
Developing project and team leadership role within the practice
Developing technical design approach and bringing experience to the realisation of design concepts

Architectural Technologist Position Requirements

Relevant Degree Qualified, Essential
Minimum of 2 years' post qualification experience is preferred
Living in a commutable distance of Birmingham
Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit, Essential
Experience working on RIBA stages 1-6
Good working knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign, Advantageous
