Job Title: Architectural Technologist

Salary: £32-40,000 dependent on experience
I am delighted to be supporting a highly successful RIBA Chartered practice in Birmingham who are seeking a passionate Architectural Technologist to join their friendly team. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Technologist to gain experience working across a diverse portfolio of projects. Some of their current projects include student accommodation, transport projects such as airports as well as a number of leisure and commercial projects. This dynamic practice are dedicated to delivering technically excellent, cutting edge and environmentally friendly designs, earning them strong relationships with repeat clients and an exceptional reputation. The successful Architectural Technologist will have several years of post-qualification experience working a diverse portfolio of problems, with excellent technical and problem-solving abilities and be a skilled Revit user.
Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:
- Degree or HND/ HNC in Architectural Technology or relevant subject
- CIAT member working towards Chartership
- Experience working on medium - large scale projects
- Diverse project experience in sectors such as commercial, transport, education or leisure projects
- Proficiency with Revit is essential
- Job running experience is preferred
- Excellent technical drawing
- Strong portfolio
- 3-5 years' experience post qualification experience in a UK Architectural practice
- Proven record across all RIBA stages
- Driven for continued professional development keeping up with technological advances
- Live locally to Birmingham
