I'm recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join a high-profile HS2 project as a Rail Construction Manager, leading Pre-main works Foundations & Substructure activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee on-site construction activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and RAMS.
- Manage subcontractors, short-term site plans, and progress tracking.
- Deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
What We're Looking For:
- NVQ Level 4 in Construction Site Management (or equivalent).
- Demonstrable experience in large-scale rail or infrastructure projects.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
