As their portfolio continues to expand, we are seeking an HSE Manager to lead and oversee health, safety, and environmental practices across their operations, ensuring compliance, promoting a culture of safety, and driving continuous improvement.
The HSE Manager role comes with a salary of up to 50,000 plus car allowance and benefits.

Responsibilities and duties
Reporting to the Construction Manager you will;
- Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and standards in line with legal requirements and industry best practices.
- Establish and communicate a clear HSE strategy across all departments.
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, standards, and certifications through regular audits and inspections.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimise workplace hazards.
- Investigate incidents thoroughly, ensuring root cause analysis and corrective actions are completed, while maintaining detailed records.
- Provide HSE oversight and support across project development, construction, and operational phases, ensuring seamless integration of HSE considerations.
- Collaborate with regulatory bodies, contractors, and clients, and represent the company in HSE-related forums and industry events.
Professional qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:
- A degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field, supported by relevant certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, ISO 45001, or ISO 14001).
- Proven experience in an HSE management role within the renewable energy, construction, or a related industry.
- In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations and standards specific to commercial and industrial (C&I) solar projects.
- Demonstrated ability to implement and oversee effective HSE strategies across diverse project phases.
