This presents an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious Part two Architectural Assistant to quickly become an integral member of a growing architectural practice in the heart of Birmingham.

The successful Part Two Architectural Assistant will have several years of post-part two qualification experience, boasting design flare and experience working across residential projects.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Part Two Architectural Assistant:

RIBA Part One and Part Two qualifications
Several years of experience within a UK Architectural Practice
Well versed in Revit and AutoCAD
Strong knowledge of Sketch Up and the Adobe Suite
Keen eye for detail and strong technical abilities
Proven experience working in the residential sector
Be a supportive team player
Ensure high quality standards are met if not exceeded
Thorough knowledge of current Building Regulations
Proactive and positive attitude
Liaise confidently with clients, contractors, relevant authorities and other professionals
Excellent communication skills
Local to Birmingham
