I am actively seeking a driven Part Two Architectural Assistant to join a creative Architectural practice in the heart of Birmingham. Their award-winning designs, local expertise and commitment to exceeding their client expectations have earnt them an excellent reputation in the industry. Their talented team work across various projects from high end residential to commercial to listed buildings offering plenty of exciting projects for a talented Part two Architectural Assistant to gain experience on. Also on offer is a collaborative working environment, excellent progression opportunities and CPD, along with a range of other benefits.

The successful Part Two Architectural Assistant will ideally have a couple years of experience, with a proven record of working in the residential sector and strong Revit abilities.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Part Two Architectural Assistant:

  • RIBA Part One and Part Two qualifications
  • Ideally a couple of years of experience within a UK Architectural Practice
  • Well versed in Revit, AutoCAD and other industry standard software
  • Keen eye for detail and strong technical abilities
  • Proven experience working in the residential sector
  • Be a supportive team player and work well independently
  • Thorough knowledge of current Building Regulations
  • Proactive and positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Local to Birmingham
