Great opportunity for an experienced Project Architect to join a successful company and lead in the design of projects and the development of a division.

Our client is a construction consultancy with multiple offices across the UK. In recent years their in-house architecture department has developed its client base in the public sector and is now looking to hire a qualified Architect to join them in designing and delivering a range of residential and educational projects. Applicants would require experience in at least one of these sectors, working in the UK.

If successful, you will get exposure to liaising with clients to develop design proposals and then carry them forward through the stages, providing good ownership and development opportunities. Previous experience of working on contract administration and some writing of specifications would be necessary here. As the work is being delivered in BIM, previous experience of working with revit will be essential and further training is available too. The potential and opportunity is really impressive and as an established employer the role comes with a strong benefits package and very flexible, hybrid work set-up. It would suit an experienced professional who is able to manage their own workload independently and without significant supervision.
