Job Title: Project Architect

Salary: £38,000 - £45,000
This is an excellent opportunity to join an established architectural practice who have provide excellent architectural and project management services to a nationwide client base for over 30 years. They are on the lookout for an experienced Project Architect to take the lead on a range of high-profile projects and build a robust pipeline for the client who are based in Birmingham.
To be successful in applying to for the Project Architecture role you will need to be a qualified Architect who has had 5 years post qualification experience, as well as having strong experience with Revit. You will also need excellent organisational skills as you will be balancing multiple projects and managing a small team.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Project Architect:
- A minimum of 5 years post qualification experience
- ARB registered
- Proficiency with Revit
- Excellent organisational and presentation skills
- Strong communication skills as will be expected to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Good experience working on multiple projects across the education, residential, and health care sectors
- Demonstrable experience leading on projects across all RIBA stages
- Full UK drivers license
- Live within the Birmingham area
