SENIOR ARCHITECT (MAJOR NEW PUBLIC INTERFACING STRUCTURE) - WEST MIDLANDS - PERMANENT - £40,750 - £61,140

Advanced Resource Managers are working with a large infrastructure organisation based in the West Midlands and we are currently recruiting for a number of Senior Architects to join them on a permanent basis. This position will be working on a unique building in the West Midlands that leads the way on sustainability and is likely to win awards with its design.

About You:You will be a qualified Architect and registered with either RIBA or ARB.You will have significant experience of working as a Senior Architect and should have experience of working with multidisciplinary teams on designs with inputs from engineers, consultants and others who will shape the design.You will have excellent stakeholder management.Your experience will include major projects of £200 million or more and will include other major public facing design projects such as major transport hubs, schools, prisons, etc.

What you will be doing:You role will be ensure that the design vision for this major projects is protected in quality and its design. You will be working with the contractor delivering the projects to provide assurance, guidance and work through any design considerations. This project has BREEAM accreditation and its design provides for a truly unique sustainable solution for the future.

This position is based in Birmingham in the West Midlands and is a full-time permanent role, working hybrid with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.

What you can expect in return:The salary range for this position is between £40,750 and £61,140 and will be dependent on experience and suitability for the role. On top of this is a range of excellent benefits and a real chance to progress and be working with leading architects.

We can only consider those with permanent eligibility to work in the UK for this role. As part of the compliance onboarding for the successful person, a DBS check and references will be required.
