Job Title: Senior Architectural Technician

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a multidisciplined practice who provide high quality design services on their residential projects from start to finish. They are on the lookout for an experienced and ambitious Senior Architectural Technician to hit the ground running for their Birmingham offices.
To be successful in applying for the role of Senior Architectural Technician you will need Significant post qualification experience within a UK practice as an Architectural Technician with proficiency with AutoCAD software. The successful candidate will need to be able to boast strong detailing and design skills and have a background in working on residential projects from RIBA stages 4 onwards.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Senior Architectural Technician:
- Relevant degree within Architecture
- Strong post qualification experience as a Technician with a UK practice
- Strong background working on projects within the residential sector
- Post RIBA stage 4 working experience is essential
- Experience with industry standard software such as AutoCAD and Revit
- Experience working alongside clients, contractors and other consultants
- Strong knowledge of UK building codes and regulations
- Job running experience
- Excellent organisational and communicational skills
- Full UK Drivers License
