Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:

Degree or equivalent in Architectural Technology or a related field
Extensive experience in preparing detailed technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents
Conducting and managing site surveys, feasibility studies, and project coordination
In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations, construction standards, and compliance processes
Support senior technicians in resolving technical issues and ensuring compliance with building regulations
Leading teams in resolving complex technical challenges and ensuring project alignment with building regulations
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Proficiency in Revit is essential
Previous experience in commercial projects
