Senior Architectural Technologist

Bennett and Game have the pleasure of working with our client, a Revit using architectural practise with an international presence, on their vacancy for a Senior Architectural Technologist. This opportunity will be joining their Birmingham office. Since establishing over 30 years ago our client have developed a talented team of over 60 employees, spread across their 4 offices.

Due to an influx of Education and Healthcare projects, our client are ideally seeking a candidate to be experienced within either of the sectors. Their portfolio also includes retail, leisure, residential and industrial project, with project values ranging up to the 70 million mark. This a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Senior Architectural Technologist to join an employee focused practise, that offers the benefits of flexible working arrangements and open annual leave. • Competitive salary, ranging between 38,000 - 50,000
• Open annual leave policy
• Based very central with easy access via public transport
• Hybrid working after probation, 2 days a week. Required in the office on Mondays and Fridays

• The use of Revit of a daily basis
• Working as part of their fast-paced team
• Ability to produce high-quality technical drawings for a variety of Healthcare and Education projects
• Working across all RIBA stages, focusing on the technical stages

• 5 + years' industry experience
• Hard working & motivated individual
• A background working on either Education or Healthcare project, would be benefitable
• Proficiency with Revit
• Carrying out site visits
• Proven technical skills, creativity and problem-solving skills in a portfolio
• Live in a commutable distance of Birmingham
