Renowned for delivering excellence across all RIBA stages, they specialize in Healthcare, Leisure, and Residential projects, building long-term client relationships through outstanding service and commitment.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to take the lead on a diverse range of high-profile projects, expanding your portfolio within a well-established, multidisciplinary practice.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architectural Technician:

Degree or equivalent in Architectural Technology or a related field
Proven expertise in producing detailed technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents
Experience in conducting site surveys, feasibility studies, and project coordination
Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and compliance standards
Ability to support senior technicians in resolving technical issues while ensuring compliance with regulations
Leadership in resolving complex technical challenges and ensuring project compliance
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Proficiency in Revit is essential
Experience working on commercial projects
