Design Manager - Birmingham

PSR are currently partnered with a well-established organisation that has recently secured a large scheme in the Birmingham area. They are looking to appoint a Design Manager to the growing team to play a key role in delivering this project, with the opportunity to take ownership of future projects.

Responsibilities:

Managing the design process across multiple phases
Providing technical support to the Project Management and Estimation teams.
Leading design team meetings and workshops to drive project success.
Ensuring all Technical Queries and RFIs are addressed accurately and efficiently within the supply chain.
Overseeing planning requirements, identifying potential risks, and developing a clear strategy for securing necessary approvals before tender submission.
Building strong client relationships to ensure project expectations are met and exceeded.
