Are you an Asset Manager looking for a change from your usual role, whilst still staying in the sector?

We are working with a consultancy, who are seeking a new Asset Manager to work alongside numerous clients securing and maintaining engagement whilst assisting with all things Assets, Capital Investment & Sustainability.

The role is home based, with site visits across the West Midlands as required.

Asset manager duties:
  • Effectively consult on contemporary issues surrounding Social Housing Asset Management
  • To actively seek new clients promoting the benefit and efficiencies
  • To work closely with the management and clients to provide cohesive operational support services
  • Work with the in-house catalogue managers to ensure that all client transactions are being efficiently managed and controlled, such that members yield maximum efficiency from the use

What is required for the position:
  • Significant Asset Management experience
  • Experience managing accounts or building new business
  • Experience of the current housing market and prevailing issues around strategic asset management and building safety
  • A strong track record in working within/for the social housing sector
  • The ability to build positive relationships
