What will I be doing?
You'll be managing a varied property portfolio within a highly regarded infrastructure team, working across leasing, rent reviews, acquisitions, and compliance. From residential property management to liaising with contractors, tenants, and key stakeholders, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and growing infrastructure assets nationally. What do I need?
We're looking for someone with MRICS, AssocRICS, or MARLA qualifications, along with solid experience in property asset management. You'll need strong communication and stakeholder management skills, plus the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Being highly organised, numerate, and IT literate is essential, along with a full UK driving licence for site visits and inspections.
