I seek a candidate who has a desire for work winning and management of a successful and stable team. This would suit someone who would enjoy the challenge of further growing an already established M&E Consultancy.

You will be responsible for:

• Develop and present new design proposals / work winning
• Prepare bids
• Monitoring design targets
• Providing design advice at a strategic level
• Financial and budget control
• Managing a strong team of engineers
• Mentor, lead, coach and train team members where necessary
