Associate Quantity Surveyor - new opportunity with a highly successful, independently owned Quantity Surveying firm based in the West Midlands

We have an exciting new opportunity with a highly successful independent construction consultancy based in offices in the Birmingham / black country area. This is a small firm, but they certainly punch above their weight and have an outstanding client base which includes developers, investment firms and asset management firms, end users and others. Many of these are very long standing relationships and the firm also continues to grow and win new business.

We are now looking for an ambitious, senior Associate level Quantity Surveyor to join their team. Our client works mostly within commercial and industrial sectors, primarily delivering design & build new build projects for a range of developers. We would be keen to talk to any candidates with any experience in this sector although private sectors buildings experience would still be of real interest. Naturally this is a client facing role and the successful candidate will be leading an extremely large Industrial development in the Midlands region for a high profile client.

This is a very sociable team with a demanding client base so this role would suit an outgoing and confident individual who enjoys a lively working environment and flexibility. They look after their team well and have consistently awarded good salary reviews and bonuses each year. This is a niche business, but a very successful one, and offers an outstanding career move to the right individual with the right experience, talent and drive to succeed.
