The position is for a consultancy working in predominantly the Education sector.
The role is for a Associate / Senior Building Surveyor carrying out the following responsibilities:
- Project Based Work
- Contract Administration
- Employee Agent
- Valuations
- Instructions
- Construction methodology
- Main-contractor management
Requirements for the role are:
- Minimum of 5years experience
- Autonomously running projects up to 2m
- Client facing experience
- Contract administration experience
- Pre-contract and post-contract experience
