About the Role

As a Sales Executive, you'll work across three locations in Derby, Telford, and Chesterfield, providing outstanding service to potential buyers. You'll be responsible for creating a positive home-buying experience and ensuring our new homes are presented to the highest standards.

This is a full-time position requiring weekend availability as part of a 5-day workweek.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Engagement: Build lasting relationships with customers and ensure an exceptional experience throughout the home-buying process.
  • Show Home Presentation: Maintain our show homes to showcase the quality and detail that define our builds.
  • Sales Support and Administration: Handle on-site administrative tasks to support a smooth transaction process.
  • Health & Safety: Uphold and promote a high standard of health and safety on-site.
  • Communication: Work closely with visitors, customers, and external parties to provide detailed information and guidance.
About You

We're looking for a Sales Executive who brings expertise, enthusiasm, and a customer-first mindset. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Experience: Proven track record in sales, ideally within new homes or real estate.
  • Sales Skills: Proficient in various sales techniques and approaches.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the legal aspects and terminology involved in property sales.
  • Communication: Clear, confident communicator with strong verbal and written skills.
  • Financial Knowledge: Understanding of financing options and lender processes related to home purchases.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and other standard office software.
  • Driver's License: Full UK driving licence required for travel between sites.
