A superb opportunity has become available for an Estate Agent Sales Progressor to join this well respected Estate Agency in Birmingham city centre. My clients are looking to support their sales team by bringing in a dedicated sales progressor to join them. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for all sales progression across the business and ensuring every sales, where possible goes through to completion.  

Estate Agent Sales Progressor – Benefits

  • A strong basic salary of up to £27,000k
  • A generous commission and bonus structure that could easily reach £35,000
  • 23 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • A Birmingham city centre parking permit will be provided which can be used outside of work anywhere within the city centre postcode area

The successful Estate Agent Sales Progressor will ideally come from a similar role and have plenty of sales progression experience, you will be confident, articulate and be natural problem solver with an assertive, can do approach.  

Within this role the Estate Agent Sales Progressor will be responsible for:

  • Managing the end sales process. Taking the property from offer accepted to exchange day
  • Liaising and build strong relationships with partner agents, mortgage brokers, and conveyancing partners 
  • Responding to emails.
  • Keeping in contact with clients, advising them throughout the conveyancing process.
  • Gather required documents to complete the sale
  • Plan and prevent potential hurdles where possible
  • Effectively and calmly problem solve
  • Responding to queries and arranging conference calls.
  • Supporting the sales team with booking appointments and dealing with enquiries

As an Estate Agent Sales Progressor you will have a natural ability to problem solve, think on your feet and rapport building skills are a must.

Estate Agent Sales Progressor – Experience Needed

  • Previous Estate Agent Sales Progressor experience is essential
  • You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
  • A natural instinct for problem solving and impeccable organisation skills are essential
  • A persuasive can do approach with excellent attention to detail is needed for this role along with the ability to prioritise and manage a diverse caseload
  • You will be target driven, eager to do whatever it takes to ensure a smooth completion process
