Position: AV SpecialistLocation: Birmingham City CentreSalary: £24,000 to £26,000Working Arrangement: Hybrid - 4 days in the office / 1 working from home
Role Overview:As an AV Executive, you will:
- Possess a solid understanding of the TV and VOD (Video on Demand) marketplace.
- Assist the AV Manager in planning and executing broadcast media plans from inception to completion.
- Manage, optimise, and track the delivery of campaigns.
- Maintain up-to-date AV account administration, including delivery trackers.
- Track and report on campaign delivery using Adalyser.
- Share proactive opportunities within the agency.
- Brief media owners for AV-related briefs.
- Collaborate with the wider team to devise media plans that meet client briefs and budgets.
- Create AV presentations, converting work into preferred formats.
- Prepare reports for clients and stakeholders.
- Liaise with media owners to ensure optimised schedules, including monitoring spot lists.
- Organise and maintain client folders on SharePoint and Asana boards.
- Prepare artwork specifications and deadlines for clients.

Work Experience Required:
- 1+ year of experience or equivalent in a similar role
