We are looking for Vehicle technicians to work 12-hour shifts with our customer building luxury cars.

As a successful Vehicle Technician, you will be able demonstrate that you can perform a full range of tasks on vehicle re-works. You must be able to adapt to various job tasks including general bodywork removal and refit, removal and refitting of interior trims, light mechanical work and general modifications to original vehicle build, exterior trim work and minor mechanical / electrical work.
- Perform maintenance and repair on vehicles.
- Identify problems with vehicles using the diagnostic equipment.
- Plan repair procedures using charts manuals and experience.
- Test the functionality of parts and systems
- Perform basic auto care and maintenance tasks such as oil changes, fluid level checks, and tire rotation.
- Repair and replace brake pads, wheel bearings, sensors, and other parts.
- Perform routine maintenance and general mechanic work on vehicles.
- Prepared to get additional certification as needed.
- Willingness to learn with hands-on training.
- Help keep repair shop clean and organized.
- Keep a professional appearance.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience working on components of modern light motor vehicles
- Experience in an automotive environment is essential
- A full category “B” driving licence is essential
- Must have own range of Mechanical tools
Our Hourly Rate • from £15.00 to £24.94 per hour
This work is contract work - Limited Company or Umbrella.
This role is for the Solihull and Coventry area.
Commutable traveling distance from Coventry, Birmingham, Wolverhampton, West Bromwich, Redditch, Sutton Coldfield, Walsall, and Tamworth
