Role: ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR

Location: Birmingham

Salary: £26,000-£29,000, dependant on experience

Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm

We are looking for an Accounts Administrator to support our Accounts team with the smooth and effective running of a busy office.

Due to business growth a new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Competent, motivated individual to become part of a Friendly, Supportive Accounts Team.

Our client, who are a leading wholesaler in the West Midlands, specialising in the distribution of Car Parts.

Core Tasks

  • Cash Reconciliation.
  • Assisting with Credit Control.
  • Processing Purchase Ledger Invoices and Credits.
  • Processing New Sales Ledger Accounts.
  • Reconciliation of Suppliers Statements
  • Assisting with Customer telephone enquiries and processing payments.
  • General Administration Duties

 Required Skills & Knowledge

  • Experience of Balancing Daily Cash /Card transactions.
  • Good telephone manner.
  • Accurate data entry and attention to detail
  • IT skills. To include Excel, Outlook,  and V-look up.
  • Able to prioritise a busy and varied work load.
  • The Ability To work as part of a Team.
