Overview

A great opportunity has just come into my desk. If you are an outgoing, confident individual with experience in Accounts Payable, then this might be right for you. In this Accounts Payable Clerk position, you will manage the full end to end process of Accounts Payable.

The successful candidate will be confident speaking with internal and external stakeholders, and will be experience with processing invoices, managing purchase orders and processing expenses. In this role you will be expected to work closely with multiple teams within the company, as well as assisting in month end, including journal entries and account and bank reconciliations. You will be a crucial part of a strong, dynamic, inclusive team.

Skills required

  • Previous experience in a similar position and exposure to month end would be beneficial.
  • Be a confident and outgoing individual with great communication skills, as you will regularly engage with senior stakeholders both internally and externally as well as manage client queries.
  • Have fantastic time management skills to ensure all deadlines are hit, both weekly and monthly.
  • Experience with Microsoft Packages, including Excel and ideally practical experience with V-Lookups and Pivot Tables.
