An exciting opportunity is now available for an Accounts Payable Clerk looking to have a positive start to their year by joining an exceptional well renowned organisation! This Birmingham based role will be reporting into the Finance Manager and have a variety of duties including but not limited to invoice processing, query handling, reconciliations of monthly supplier statements, liaising with stakeholders, assisting with compiling financial reports and month end procedures, and maintaining the purchase ledger system up to date and accurate. As well as collaborating with other departments as required.

What you will need:

  • Previous experience with Accounts Payable duties is essential. It is particularly advantageous if you have experience processing high value invoices.
  • Strong self-management skills, able to excel at working autonomously to meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrate good attention to detail and be solution oriented to ensure efficiency with identifying and resolving discrepancies.
  • Experience with utilising SAP is advantageous but not essential.
