We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Accounts Payable Officer to join our clients well established finance team. The ideal candidate will be immediately available and actively pursuing an accountancy qualification.

In this role, you will efficiently manage, and process accounts payable transactions, communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders via phone and email, and analyse supplier ledgers to resolve accounting errors, duplicate payments, and other issues.

Skills required:

  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in finance, preferably in Accounts Payables. Currently studying AAT or a degree in accounting or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand supplier ledgers and resolve accounting errors (PivotTables, and V-lookups).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
