A global manufacturing company are searching for a new Accounts Payable Supervisor. This company still retains its family feel, while expanding out to a global business. Working within a great team, you will be the additional level of knowledge and aid in streamlining the Accounts Payable process. The is a great opportunity for an Accounts Payable Assistant to take their next step, or search for a new challenge.

In this role you will be responsible for the day to day tasks of team, assisting with target setting and ensuring everything is delivered in a timely manner. Alongside this, you will be responsible for processing invoices and queries but maintaining that point of escalation as a Supervisor. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, as you will liaise with internal and external stakeholders, as well as the ability to prioritise different workloads.

Skills required

  • Experience within an Accounts Payable position, where you have processed a high volume of invoices, and dealt with large volume of queries.
  • Fantastic communication skills, including communication over emails and phone calls, ensuring you can build long lasting supplier relationships.
  • Have great time management and organisational skills, to enable you to hit a number of tight client deadlines on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Great ability to adapt and overcome issues that may arise, including solving in-house and external queries.
