Within this Finance Administrator role, you will gain the chance to work extremely closely with the wider finance team as well as develop crucial transferable skills.

The successful individual will be an someone who can manage large amounts of data, including organising the date using Excel. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring they are uploaded to the internal system in an efficient manner. Additionally, you will be involved with bank verification's and setting up all new customers, so a keen eye for detail is absolutely essential to the position. You will have the chance to be involved in projects to improve processes and progress within the company.

Skills required

  • As mentioned above, have an undisputed eye for detail, ensuring all data inputted in the system is correct and therefore minimising errors.
  • Have great time management and organisational skills, to enable you to hit a number of tight client deadlines on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Be a confident and outgoing individual with great communication skills, as you will regularly engage with senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Be a team player, not only will you be challenged with completing your own work, you will help support colleagues in specific projects/tasks.
