Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Administrator to join a leading organisation. This temporary role is designed to support systems integration, with the primary purpose of transferring data using a combination of bulk upload and manual data entry methods. The successful candidate will be responsible for safeguarding the accuracy of master data to achieve a 'gold standard' master data file of Group suppliers and sub-contractors.

What you'll do:

As a Finance Administrator, your role will be pivotal in maintaining the integrity of our financial data. You will be entrusted with performing robust checks on submitted data, challenging inaccuracies where necessary. Your excellent organisational skills will enable you to manage your workload effectively, always prioritising the accuracy and validity of data. You will also be responsible for delivering efficient processes that adhere to the Group's policies without exception. Your ability to multi-task will be crucial in ensuring all accounts administration data entry is completed within deadlines. Additionally, you will provide ad hoc reports and analysis as required.

  • Perform robust checks of submitted financial data, ensuring all approval signoffs and verification checks have been performed.
  • Feel empowered to challenge data where appropriate.
  • Share and manage workload by working closely and in a supportive manner with team colleagues.
  • Always safeguard the accuracy and validity of data.
  • Deliver efficient, streamlined processes that achieve accurate input of subcontract insurances and schemes whilst ensuring the Group's policies are adhered to without exception.
  • Perform process controls which ensure all accounts administration data entry is completed within deadlines, is accurate and complete.
  • Provide ad hoc reports and analysis as required.
  • Provide BAU cover as necessary for sickness and holiday.
