Totum Partners are excited to be working with a leading global law firm, Legal Cashier on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a prominent law firm in their Birmingham office, contributing to the financial operations and compliance functions.

The ideal legal cashier will be responsible for:

  • Recording and allocation of bill receipts from clients.
  • Identifying client money received in the office account and coordinating with partners to ensure compliance with SRA Accounts Rules.
  • Providing cover for client account receipts, payments, transfers, and interest calculations.
  • Handling queries related to client account transactions and balances.

The ideal legal cashier will have:
