An ever-progressing Property company, based in Birmingham City Centre, are on the search for a new Senior Accounts Payable Clerk. As you will be working within a well-established Retail company, you will be expected to log and process purchase invoices and payment of supplies. Working withing the larger finance team, you will be responsible for dealing with queries, reconcile supplier's statements and ensuring all documents are scanned, collated and filled appropriately.

This is an amazing opportunity for an established accounts payable clerk to develop themselves further and take on more responsibilities, while working closely in a supportive, vibrant team.

Skills required

  • Experience within a previous Accounts Payable position, ideally with knowledge of reconciliations and managing customer queries.
  • The ability to work well under pressure, especially during busy periods, with incredible attention to detail.
  • An ambitious to not only grow individually, but aid your team by supporting them with everyday duties.
  • The ability to work under pressure, and in a timely manner, allowing you to hit targets and deadlines.
