We are looking for an Innovation Support Manager to join a global provider of food services and support.
Working as part of the digital team, the Innovation Support Manager will support the on-boarding, delivery, and evaluation of various Proof of Concept (POC) technologies as part of the Digital Labs Innovation process.
The Innovation Support Manager will work with prestigious client brands across the UK&I, supporting the Customer Experience & Innovation Lead in identifying digital solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and drive efficiency.
You will use data and analysis to improve the technology stack, assist with POC projects, and contribute to delivery plans, cost estimates, and marketing materials, while maintaining the innovation portal.
This role requires travel to various sites and office locations across the UK&I, with a minimum expectation of two days per week on-site.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the delivery of POC technology trials, ensuring alignment and communication among stakeholders

Analyse technology functionality and troubleshoot local configurations as needed

Recommend optimal digital solutions to enhance customer experiences and drive profitability

Maintain POC plans, trackers, marketing materials, and general administrative tasks related to POC projects

Develop efficient processes for quicker POC deployments and collaborate with Product Managers for integration readiness

Serve as the primary point of contact for POC inquiries while fostering relationships with third-party suppliers to facilitate technology trials

Demonstrate POC technologies both remotely and on-site, preparing reports to monitor product health against KPIs
