A growing SaaS company is seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their team.

Specialising in social media management for the public sector, the company has built a trusted platform that helps local authorities and government organizations improve citizen engagement. With recent investment in new product modules, they are now expanding their commercial reach and need an ambitious SDR to help drive growth. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through outbound and inbound lead generation. You will engage with key decision-makers in the public sector, understanding their challenges and positioning the company’s solutions effectively. Using calls, emails, and social outreach, you will build meaningful relationships and generate high-quality leads for the wider sales team. Success in this role will be measured by your ability to create sales pipeline opportunities that contribute to revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales development, preferably within SaaS, and a track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets. You should be comfortable conducting outreach, have strong communication skills, and be motivated by hitting KPIs. An understanding of how technology can enhance public sector engagement is beneficial, but the most important qualities are resilience, adaptability, and a results-driven mindset.
