The ideal candidate will have experience in an office administration or sales development position that is keen to progress their career and diversify their skills and experience.Â

Salary: £28,000 - £33,000 dependent on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively seek new leads through various channels such as email, phone, and social media, while informing potential clients about PTV software and scheduling meetings for the sales team.
- Process sales inquiries and guide customers through each step of the sales process to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Maintain customer records and support the sales team with account management.
- Handle administrative tasks, including data entry, to keep all sales data current.
- Prepare quotations and ensure timely order processing.
- Manage existing contracts and oversee annual software renewals.
- Coordinate with international departments to resolve customer issues.
- Participate in events to identify new leads, and coordinate and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Organise training courses and annual client events.

- Experience with sales development processes, CRM systems, and data entry tasks is desirable.
- Ability to prioritise your workload, work well both independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
