We are currently seeking a Production Manufacturing Operator for a temporary position with potential for permanent employment. Our client, a world leader in Science, requires an individual to fulfil the following responsibilities:

  • Capping and labelling a wide range of liquid reagents into various types of bottles using automated equipment.
  • Printing labels and affixing them to components using both automated labelling machines and manual processes.
  • Completing written documentation, including calculations and quality checks.
  • Performing routine maintenance and calibrations on equipment under the direction of their team.
  • Collecting raw materials from cold storage and returning filled components.
  • Alerting the supervisor of equipment faults and any events that do not meet specifications.
  • Some lifting of up to 10kg will be required for this role.

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, food, or a related industry.
  • GCSE qualifications in Maths, English, and Science (or an equivalent level of education).
  • Experience in following written quality procedures and working practises, including GMP.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using computerised systems.
  • Flexibility to accommodate the needs of the organisation, including the possibility of working outside regular hours.
  • Training will be provided as required.

This is a full time position working 7am to 3.30pm Monday to Friday initially for approximately 3 months, but there is potential for it to become a permanent role. Our client offers a collaborative and innovative work environment with opportunities for career growth within their organisation.
