Production Operative

Alliance Personnel are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Operator to join one of their clients based in Birmingham.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that products are assembled efficiently and to the highest quality standards. This position requires a strong understanding of mechanical processes and the ability to work with various tools and equipment in a factory environment.

Duties

• Assemble components using hand tools and power tools, adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and products to identify any defects or issues that may arise during production.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines while maintaining a clean and organised workspace.
• Follow detailed assembly instructions and specifications to ensure accuracy in product assembly.
• Packing finished products

Working hours: Monday to Thursday 7am - 4:30pm, with an early finish on Friday (40hrs per week)
