They are dedicated to providing a safe and nurturing environment for their students and are currently seeking a reliable and diligent caretaker to join their team.Your new roleThis school caretaker job is full-time. Responsibilities include but are not restricted to::

  • Ensure the school premises are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs.
  • Oversee the security of the school buildings and grounds.
  • Conduct regular health and safety checks.
  • Assist with setting up school events and activities.
  • Keyholder responsibility

What you'll need to succeedThe ideal candidate would be:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Knowledge of compliance and health & safety regulations.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and organisational skills.
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work.

This job is an interim position, we will need to be able to obtain references to cover the last 2 years as a minimum, and you will need to be willing to undergo a DBS check if you don't already have a DBS on the update service.What you'll get in returnAs well as receiving a competitive rate of pay, this is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in an outstanding school.
