A skilled and hard-working Cleaner is needed to join the team at this leading real-estate agency based in Edgbaston on a full-time basis. Flexible working hours are offered in this role.
They are a privately run property company with a portfolio comprising mainly studio, one bedroom and two apartments within Birmingham City Centre, the regions of Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Swadlincote and Burton.
The properties that they service include private tenanted apartments, houses and blocks to include the communal areas and grounds. (DBS checks required).
Applicants for this job should be able to prove they are legally entitled to work in the UK and must hold a valid and clean driving licence.

They have concentrated on the residential lettings market with its purpose blocks of flats and newly constructed homes acquired from mainstream builders and prides itself on being one of the largest private landlords in the Second City of Birmingham.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general Cleaning and Maintenance to a high standard
- Undertake the cleanliness of properties owned by the Company
- Be able to represent the Company professionally at all times
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills - both verbal and written communication
- Must be able to work to deadlines
