Job Duties:- Assist with various tasks on construction sites such as carrying materials, digging trenches, and cleaning up debris
- Operate hand and power tools under supervision
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Work collaboratively with the construction team to complete projects efficiently
No formal qualifications required, but previous experience in a similar role is preferred
Education:No specific educational requirements
Experience:Previous experience working on construction sites is desirable
Knowledge and Skills:- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team
- Basic understanding of construction processes and tools
- Physical fitness and the ability to carry out manual tasks
Valid CSCS card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) is advantageous
Working Conditions:- Work is primarily outdoors on construction sites
- May involve heavy lifting and working in various weather conditions
- Full-time hours with potential for overtime
