This key role supports the enhancement of trading controls to address unauthorized trading risks within the Global Markets business.  Key Responsibilities of the Business Analyst (Front Office)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions to deliver improved trading and supervisory controls.
  • Define and document clear business requirements for technology teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  • Organize and lead workshops with stakeholders to refine strategies and drive consensus.
  • Oversee project timelines, tracking risks, dependencies, and milestones to ensure successful delivery.
  • Support sustainable implementation by embedding changes into BAU through documentation and training.
Essential Background of the Business Analyst (Front Office)
  • Proven track record of managing and implementing change programs within Markets or Investment Banking environments.
  • Deep understanding of systems used in Front Office or Post-Trade operations.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of trading products and their end-to-end lifecycle within financial markets.
  • Exceptional ability to engage, influence, and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
