We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Business Analyst to join our Technology Department, working in the heart of Professional Services in Birmingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing business needs and implementing technology-based solutions.

Description

• Analysis of business needs and processes.
• Development of effective technology solutions.
• Collaboration with stakeholders to understand business requirements.
• Maintaining a broad knowledge of technology trends and applications in the Professional Services industry.
• Providing training and support to users for new systems and processes.
• Documenting business processes and system requirements.
• Conducting testing and quality assurance of technology solutions.
• Reporting on project progress and outcomes.

Profile

A successful Business Analyst should have:

• A degree in a technology or business-related field.
• Experience in business analysis within a technology environment.
• Experience within the Microsoft Technology framework (Azure, M365, and/or industry specific Business critical systems).
• Strong understanding of technology applications in the Professional Services industry.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in project management and system implementation.
