We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our Programme team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting Customer Units (CUs) as they transition to Business as Usual (BAU).

Description
- Support Transition to BAU: Assist CUs in transitioning to BAU, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Transactional Co-Terming: Focus on transactionally cleaning data to align with programme goals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with CU champions and other Business Analysts to prioritise tasks and ensure effective communication.
- Enact Transactional Cleanse: Implement and manage the transactional cleanse process, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Data Analysis: Analyse data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement within the ARR Cleanse Programme.
- Reporting: Prepare and present reports on project progress, challenges, and outcomes to senior management.
Profile
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within a similar programme or industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Knowledge of contract management processes.
- Familiarity with BAU transition processes.
