Your Role as a Business Analyst As a Business Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring alignment across sectors while improving processes and delivering impactful outcomes. Key Responsibilities Business Requirements Gathering: Facilitate workshops, interviews, and focus groups to document and validate requirements. Process Mapping: Conduct in-depth analysis of current business processes, identifying optimisation opportunities. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships across business units, ensuring clear communication and alignment. Solution Design: Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into actionable solutions. Implementation Support: Assist with testing phases and ensure smooth adoption of new systems.
