Robert Walters is working in partnership with a national services business. They are recognised as the UKs leading online services business in their field. They are at the early part of a digital transformation programme for 2025.

As such, they are keen to appoint an experienced interim Head of Business Change and Transformation is a 6-month rolling contract - this role is permanently home based, paying a competitive day rate Inside IR35.

As an experienced Head of Business Change and Transformation, you will play an integral role in helping the group plan/prioritise effectively and lead the transformation programme needed for the business to scale, and support the change needed to embed and deliver the groups evolution.

You will be part of the Operations & Commercial team, reporting to the CCO, as well as Tech Dev, Data, Product and executive leadership team. In addition, you will lead Change Implementation Managers and Transformation Delivery Managers.

Head of Business Change and Transformation: Duties

  • Manage Transformation & Change Office
  • Ensure processes, documents and tools are embedded to best practise across group
  • Set strategic direction and operational priorities - leading planning process
  • Support senior leaders set organisational goals
  • Colloborate with Tech Dev, implement Agile methodology
  • Implement principles to drive continuous improvement
  • Coach/Upskill group to identify Outcomes & OKRs
  • Process improvement and Automation
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Maintain/Enhance project process documentation, mapping and controls

Head of Business Change and Transformation: Experience

  • Essential experience of Change, Transformation & Planning
  • Ability to balance best practise with pragmatism to ensure business evolution
  • Experience of embedding transformation across business
  • Experience of a scale-up environment
  • Project Management, process design, agile delivery management
  • Extensive process improvement experience
  • Bridge gap between technical, operational and business teams
  • Identify and resolve operational delivery risks
