Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients, ensuring their recruitment needs are met efficiently.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare sector to expand the client base.
- Candidate Recruitment: Source, screen, and place healthcare professionals in suitable roles, ensuring a high match quality for both clients and candidates.
- Sales and Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective business development and client relationship management.
- Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide informed advice to clients and candidates.
What We Need from You:
- Experience: Previous experience in recruitment, preferably within the healthcare sector, is desirable.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Drive: A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a strong sales orientation and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
