  • Lead the design and execution of detailed test scenarios and cases.
  • Coordinate End-to-End testing to ensure smooth system interactions.
  • Implement and manage defect management tools and processes.
  • Educate and support stakeholders and delivery teams on testing best practices.
  • Develop test strategies and phase-specific test plans, including risk-based approaches.
  • Provide clear and timely progress reports to stakeholders.
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience as a project test lead.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication and analytical skills.
  • Certification in testing frameworks (e.g. ISTQB or equivalent).
  • Experience with test automation tools or scripting (distinct advantage).
