Educate and support stakeholders and delivery teams on testing best practices.
Develop test strategies and phase-specific test plans, including risk-based approaches.
Provide clear and timely progress reports to stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a project test lead.
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.
Exceptional communication and analytical skills.
Certification in testing frameworks (e.g. ISTQB or equivalent).
Experience with test automation tools or scripting (distinct advantage).
