Pricing Models Manager

Sellick Partnership are currently partnered with a highly prominent General Insurer as they recruit a new Pricing Models Manager.

This is a leadership role which will see the Pricing Models Manager overseeing a small team (2 - 3 Analysts), supervising model builds and helping to set the strategic direction of a constantly evolving Pricing function.

Prior xposure to modelling techniques (e.g loss cost / GLMs) is essential.

Prior management experience is not required for this role, making it an ideal opportunity for a Senior Pricing Analyst looking to make the next step in their GI journey.

Experience of tools such as Emblem / Radar is highly beneficial, although candidates who have built models using tools such as Earnix / Python are also encouraged to apply.

There is a fantastic package on offer including a target bonus of 15%.
