Technical Paraplanner – Lead, Innovate & Shape the Future of Wealth Management

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Technical Paraplanner to take on a leadership role within a forward-thinking wealth management firm. This is a chance to work closely with senior leadership, supporting high-net-worth clients while utilising the latest technology and AI-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and client outcomes.

Competitive salary: £50,000 - £65,000 (DOE) + discretionary bonus

With ambitious plans to double in size over the coming years, the firm is looking for an individual who can not only lead a team of Paraplanners but also play a pivotal role in shaping operations and business strategy.

The Role

  • Lead and develop a team of Paraplanners, ensuring the highest standards of technical support for advisers and clients.
  • Work closely with the Director to provide in-depth technical analysis and support for HNW clients.
  • Researching and writing reports for HNW customer covering Pensions, Investments, Estates & IHT planning
  • Leverage cutting-edge technology and AI to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and client experience.
  • Oversee and refine operational processes, driving continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Contribute to the firm’s strategic direction as it continues to expand.

What’s Required?

  • Level 4 Diploma (working towards Chartered status preferred).
  • Extensive experience as a Technical Paraplanner, ideally supporting HNW clients.
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and develop a team.

  • A proactive and strategic mindset, with strong attention to detail.
